1793. The top of caduceus points between R and C in "COMMERCIAL" and
the bottom to the 3 in date.
R: Two hands united, and an olive branch. ARTE FAVENTE NIL DESPERANDUM.
Same design and legend as No. 10, but the letters much smaller.
E: PAYABLE AT LEEK STAFFORDSHIRE.
