        1793. The top of caduceus points to the centre of R in "COMMERCIAL" and 
        the bottom to the period.
     R: Two hands united, and an olive branch. ARTE FAVENTE NIL DESPERANDUM.
        Smaller letters, as on No. 11.
     E: PAYABLE AT LEEK STAFFORDSHIRE.
