21.  O: A cypher D A R, a knife and a palm branch crossed below, a small wreath
        above. HACKNEY PROMISSORY TOKEN 1795. Not such fine work as No. 309,
        the 1 in date is straight. This is struck from the die of imitation 
        Hackney halfpenny No. 310.
     R: An oval shield, flags, &c.
     E: I PROMISE TO PAY ON DEMAND THE BEARER ONE PENNY.
