Thick wreath. Curved 7. 2 acorns at tie, above the ribbon. Acorn at point of
hood. Two inner leaves over head, between the acorns.

22.  O: Druid's head in a thick wreath of oak. Similar to No. 21, the last
        acorn to right projects further from the wreath.
     R: A monogram cypher, P M Co. WE PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ONE PENNY 1787. 
        Date above the cypher. Curved 1. Date clear of legend.
     E: ON DEMAND IN LONDON LIVERPOOL OR ANGLESEY.
