29. O: St. Andrew with his cross between thistles. NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT.
       Ex.: 1790. Point of cross to last limb of A. (Same as No. 28).
    R: The arms of Edinburg between thistles, crest an anchor. EDINBURGH 
       HALFPENNY. No bands on the anchor stock. The small thistle head to right
       opposite the centre of second N, and the top leaf to the foot of the Y.
    E: PAYABLE AT THE WAREHOUSE OF THOS. & ALEXR. HUTCHISON.
