30. O: St. Andrew with his cross between thistles. NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT.
       Ex.: 1790. Point of cross to last limb of A. Very similar to Nos. 28-29,
       the thistle head slightly below and closer to T.
    R: The arms of Edinburg between thistles, crest an anchor. EDINBURGH 
       HALFPENNY. No bands on the anchor stock. The point of leaf between N and Y.
    E: PAYABLE AT THE WAREHOUSE OF THOS. & ALEXR. HUTCHISON.
