32. O: Shield of arms of the city of Norwich, upon a sword and mace in saltire,
between palm branches. SUCCESS TO THE CITY OF NORWICH. The shield is
emblazoned or, and there are two small ornaments following the legend.
R: An eagle with wings expanded. NORWICH HALFPENNY. Ex.: 1793. (Same as No.
30).
