Thick wreath. Curved 7. 3 acorns at tie, one above and two below the ribbon.

38.  O: Druid's head in a thick wreath of oak. Six inner leaves over head,
        two to left and four to right, after last acorn.
     R: A monogram cypher, P M Co. WE PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ONE PENNY 1787. 
        Date above the cypher. Straight 1 under Y.
     E: ON DEMAND IN LONDON LIVERPOOL OR ANGLESEY.
