39.  O: Druid's head in a thick wreath of oak. Five inner leaves over head.
        Four acorns outside of wreath over head.
     R: A monogram cypher, P M Co. WE PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ONE PENNY 1787. 
        Date above the cypher. Curved 1 slightly to left of Y.
     E: ON DEMAND IN LONDON LIVERPOOL OR ANGLESEY.
