        CONDITOR. The Bishop is holding a wool-comb. The comb nearly touches the
        T and R, and stands away from legend nearly at right angle.
     R: Shield of arms, crest an owl. LEEDS HALFPENNY 17 91.
     E: PAYABLE IN LONDON LIVERPOOL OR BRISTOL.
