63. The workmanship of this is very much rougher, and letters larger. The obv.
    appears to have been struck from a corroded die. Flaw between L and I in
    "ESTABLISHED". The obv. die was used again for Nos. 67,69 and 74, and rev.
    for Nos. 66 and 77.
