over head, between the acorns.

66.  O: Druid's head in a thick wreath of oak. The acorn in line with mouth is
        outside the wreath. Same for Nos. 64-66.
     R: A monogram cypher, P M Co. WE PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ONE PENNY 1787. 
        Date above the cypher. Straight 1 under Y.
