78. O: A female seated on a rock, holding a fasces. BIRMINGHAM MINING AND COPPER
COMPANY. Ex.: 1791. The point of the laurel wreath touches the A of "AND,"
the fasces is under the N and D. There is a small W under the rock, and
a period at end of legend. (Same as No. 77).
R: A stork standing upon a cornucopia. HALFPENNY PAYABLE AT. The head of the
stork comes between the Y and the P, the end of the cornucopia comes
higher (about the middle of the B in "PAYABLE").
