23. O: Druid's head in a thick wreath of oak. Similar to No. 21, an extra
acorn on the leaf before the last acorn behind head.
R: A monogram cypher, P M Co. WE PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ONE PENNY 1787.
Date above the cypher. Curved 1 between N and Y.
