402.  O: Bust similar to No. 385, with small w on the truncation of the neck.
         A very thin stem to the left hand stem, and small spurs on each.
         (Same as No. 403.)
      R: Similar No. 398, but the two points of P are closer together.
      E: PAYABLE X IN X LONDON X OR X ANGLESEY X

There are several varieties of this obverse (398-408). The mode of identification 
being the spurs and stem of last leaves, and the point at which it joins the pair 
of leaves.
