      R: A crown upon a triangle, held by two hands. BR. CONSTITUTION radiated
         in the centre. KING . LORDS .  COMMONS. The cross on the crown is some
         distance from IN of "KING."
      E: Milled. The milling almost obliterated through being struck in a collar.
