10.  O: A Druid's head in a wreath without branching sprigs, twenty-four acorns,
        twelve on each side. (Same as No. 9).
     R: A harp between sprigs of oak, 1793. NORTH WALES HALFPENNY. The cross comes
        above the 9. There are six acorns on left sprig, and five on right.
        (Same as No. 7).
     E: PAYABLE AT LONDON OR ANGLESEA.
