19.  O: A laureate bust to right. NORTH WALES FARTHING. Without any stop after 
        legend, the point of laurel comes after the S of "WALES."
     R: The Prince of Wales' crest, in a shield between sprigs of flowers. PRO
        BONO PUBLICO 1793. (Same as No. 15).

These are on smaller flans than the last, and usually have a flaw running across
lower part of bust.
