53.  O: Three-quarter figure of Bishop Blaize, holding a cup and book. SUCCESS
        TO THE WOOLLEN MANUFACTORY. This obv. is altered from the Exeter die, 
        the comb being converted into a cup, which has occasioned a failure 
        across that part of the die.
     R: Shield of arms, crest an owl. LEEDS HALFPENNY 17 91. (Same as No. 52).
     E: PAYABLE IN ANGLESEY LONDON OR LIVERPOOL.
