40.  O: Shield of arms of the City of Norwich, shield plain. The date 1792 around.
        The bottom of 2 on a line with the top of loop-hole, die flaw to left of
        central tower.
     R: A man working in a loom. The spokes of the wheel are vertical and
        horizontal and the loop forms a very irregular curve. A die flaw under
        weaver's left foot.
     E: IOHN HARVEY OR NORWICH . X X X X .
