        1793. The top of caduceus points to R in "COMMERCIAL" and the bottom to 
        the 3 in date. The 1 is date is square and the 3 much smaller.
     R: Two hands united, and an olive branch. ARTE FAVENTE NIL DESPERANDUM.
        Less space between legend and branches.
     E: PAYABLE AT LEEK STAFFORDSHIRE.

13a. E: Milled. These are on larger flan.
