28.  O: A laureate bust to right. SOUTH WALES FARTHING. No stop of any kind after
        legend.
     R: The Prince of Wales' crest on shield, between sprigs of flowers. PRO BONO 
        PUBLICO. 1793. No stop after legend. The 3 in date round topped. The sprig
        has only two flowers on each side.
     E: Milled.
